Congratulations to NeoMatrix’s RAVE Award Winners

Every month we recognize our employees’ achievements, values, and excellence. I’m happy to announce that for September we had 3 R.A.V.E. Award winners. They are Leo Goldschmidt, Cheryl Ott, and Erik Westberg.

Leo was chosen because he empowered himself to act and made sure that critical items were taken care of in a timely fashion in order to keep a project on track.  This exemplifies our Find a Way core value and we’re excited at the potential that Leo brings to our team. Congratulations, Leo!

Cheryl was picked because she knows how to have fun. Cheryl did a great job in organizing and coordinating the BBQ event.  Additionally, she has organized fun activities on Teams.  She continues to create a positive work environment by hanging new company pictures and posters of our core values! Way to go Cheryl!

Erik was selected because he has gone above and beyond to build relationships and deliver quality. Erik strengthened a relationship with a customer by traveling onsite and meeting with them personally to clarify their needs and deliver a higher quality product. Incredible job, Erik. Keep up the good work.
