Cheryl Ott is the Office Manager for NeoMatrix and has been with the company since 2017. Cheryl brings over 20 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Human Resources, and Customer Service. Delivering outstanding customer service has always been an essential part of a day’s work for Cheryl. Cheryl is responsible for the overall coordination of a broad range of services and resources that allow the organization to operate efficiently, including: the development and implementation of firm policies and procedures; managing and overseeing the administration of HR policies, programs and practices within the firm; maintaining accounts payable, receivables and monthly billing. In general Cheryl is our “go to” person.
Cheryl was born, raised and still resides in Andover, MA. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, trips to the beach, shopping and volunteering.
