Congratulations to Our Q3 2023 RAVE Award Winners

Jon Larnard

Jon stepped up to create a tailored FT Batch demo for a potential new customer. Jon delivered quality in his demo, showed a growth mindset by tailoring FT Batch to a new customer/process, and built relationships by helping the customer clearly understand what FT Batch can do. The customer relayed that the demo was “informative for us and helped us clearly understand our options”. Congratulations Jon! 

Erik Westberg

Erik Westberg traveled to a customer site to help with an FAT and extended his stay to ensure the customer’s project was successful. What truly sets this apart is that Erik mentored a newer engineer on the project, showing an unwavering commitment to both quality and doing what’s right. 

Nate Ellison

Nate is the definition of a rockstar – Build Relationships, Growth Mindset, Deliver Quality – he’s got it all! Recently, Nate went above and beyond, traveling to San Jose for a whopping 9 days to execute the FAT/SAT. Not only that, but he tackled the challenge head-on, solving multiple obstacles and issues on a tool all within a tight timeline. But wait there’s more… Nate’s dedication also took him to another customer in the area to support them with their issues as well! In the end, issues were resolved, testing was successful, and all customers were absolutely thrilled with his outstanding work.

Tucker Gustavesen

During the month of September, Tucker built relationships, worked hand-in-glove to tackle issues, and even sprinkled some stress-reducing magic. Tucker’s dedication to excellence shines through as he consistently puts in extra hours and even pulled an “all-nighter” to meet project milestones and deliver top-notch quality to our industrial automation customers on time.  His unwavering commitment to going the extra mile not only ensures timely project completion but also reflects his reliability and willingness to do what it takes to provide our customers with exceptional products. 

Emma Boynes-Hahn

Emma’s dedication truly shines as she put in a 60-hour work week to support release testing for a valued customer. Her unwavering commitment and hard work embody our core value, “Do The Right Thing.” Thank you, Emma, for your outstanding efforts! 

Bradley Meissner 

Bradley Meissner won for embodying our core values. Bradley dropped everything to go overseas for a customer project. He worked tirelessly and even joined our morning huddles despite a 12-hour time difference. Bradley’s dedication ensured a top-notch product and strengthened our ties with customers. He’s a true leader!

Justin Fan

Justin is a true embodiment of our core values: Deliver Quality and Do The Right Thing. He recently traveled to lead a crucial project, using the trip as an opportunity for mentorship. He went above and beyond, even working late nights with a customer overseas. Justin’s dedication and commitment to our core values make him a true asset to our team.

Sol Winternitz

Sol Winternitz has a million different directions he is pulled in each day and he still gets it done. Always available to assist when needed, Sol is clearly invested in Neomatrix and its success. He is a true asset to the company. 

June Mangle

June is a true embodiment of our core value – “Do the Right Thing”. In recognition of his outstanding efforts, June went above and beyond by working extra hours to ensure the success of a recent project. His tireless work ethic and commitment to excellence have not gone unnoticed.

Matthew Pashkowsky
