Pete brought over 20 years of expertise to the industrial automation industry. He began his career as an application consultant before co-founding MES Technologies in 2004 with Dan Perkins, where he focused on MES and SCADA applications across various industries.
In 2009, Pete became a partner at NeoMatrix, where his leadership helped expand the company’s MES solutions and build a team dedicated to delivering excellence in recipe systems, reporting, OEE, SPC, and enterprise integration. As Visionary, Pete’s strategic guidance helped position NeoMatrix as an industry leader.
Pete’s influence extended beyond his professional accomplishments. Known for his infectious laughter, quick wit, and deep kindness, he brought joy to everyone he met. Whether on the golf course, by a campfire, or at family gatherings, Pete’s zest for life was unmistakable.

NeoMatrix is forever shaped by Pete’s influence. While we mourn his loss, we celebrate his life, his contributions, and the extraordinary impact he had on our team, our partners, and the manufacturing community.
In Pete’s honor, we’ve established a scholarship and are organizing an annual golf outing to support future industry professionals. These initiatives reflect Pete’s commitment to mentorship and his passion for making a lasting impact on the industry he loved.
