Senior Automation Engineer
Description
NeoMatrix is looking for a Senior Automation Engineer with 5+ years’ experience with SCADA, MES, an IIOT skills to join our team. Strong experience with Rockwell Studio 5000, GE iFix, Wonderware, or Ignition software are required. The job will require skills in all facets of industrial automation and information services from conceptual design through commissioning and validation. In addition to the technical responsibilities, the Senior Engineer will be responsible for managing projects, reporting status to the VP of Operations, and delivering services to our customers on time, on budget, and with quality. Required Experience/Qualifications:
- B.S. in Engineering discipline or equivalent experience/knowledge
- 5+ years’ experience with Logix 5000 and a major SCADA platform
- 2+ years’ experience with MES or IIOT software
- Microsoft SQL Server Database experience (queries, stored procedures, design)
- Live in or around the Southern NH or Boston metro area and be a citizen of the US
- Have own transportation or ability to travel to customer sites
Additional Experience/Qualifications:
- Excellent leadership, communications, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment
- Experience with process control or equipment integration a plus
- Experience with Commissioning/Validation in a GMP environment a plus
