Jon has been with NeoMatrix since 2016, growing from an entry-level engineer to a senior automation engineer and technical lead. Over the past nine years, he has built strong expertise across multiple platforms, including Allen-Bradley PLC, FactoryTalk Batch, Pimantle, FactoryTalk View, and iFIX.

Jon is known for his ability to deliver complex, compliance-driven projects in pharmaceutical and GMP manufacturing. Clients often ask for him by name because of his clear communication, mentoring skills, and problem-solving approach. He consistently completes projects with precision and professionalism.
