NeoMatrix is Growing!
NeoMatrix’s passion is to help people manufacture a better future and we took an important step to ensure we deliver on that passion by adding new jobs across all job functions. We know that our customers are looking for flexibility and expertise in growing areas such as digital transformation and unified namespace, and in order to support our customers’ needs we have added eight new hires, one new co-op, and we are planning to onboard one additional Automation Engineer starting in September 2022.
In just the last month, we welcomed three new Automation Engineers: Matthew Pashkowsky, Tucker Gustavesen, and Leo Goldschmidt:
- Matthew is a recent graduate of Northeastern University with a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Mechatronics. Additionally, he also worked with us as a co-op in 2020. Since then, he has taken a lot more courses centered around controls and automation and understands much more of the theory. When not working at NeoMatrix, you can find Matthew playing board games, painting, or cooking.
- Tucker is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and comes to us with four-plus years of being a Process Engineer with some hands-on automation engineering experience.
- Leo is a recent graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
- And last, but not least, we have our newest co-op, Pedro Espinosa. Pedro is a candidate for a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University and is expecting to graduate in December of 2023. Pedro will be assisting our engineering teams and will get hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA and HMI. In Pedro’s free time he likes to hang out with friends, cook, play video games, and watch YouTube.

Our staff expansion is an important step to make sure our customers have the industrial automation services they need when they need them. This is an exciting time at NeoMatrix and we are growing fast, but are still committed to finding the right person for each seat and those that represent our core values. We’re a collaborative team that believes that we can work hard, deliver outstanding results to our clients, and have fun doing it.
